After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, the Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department held its 8th Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on May 14th, 2022 at the Saranac Inn Golf Club. 140 golfers from all around the area came out to enjoy a beautiful spring day and to show their support for the Fire Department. The fundraiser was a great success and it was nice to see everyone who participated. Congratulations to team Martineau #3 who took 1st place, shooting -14 and consisting of golfers Noah Martineau, Ryan Thomas, Jon Hickey and Nate Devins. Prizes were given out to the winners, the second and third place teams, along with closest to the pin and long drive contest winners for both men and women. The Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank all the participants, along with the following individuals and businesses that made this a successful fundraiser:
